{"id":40,"date":"2015-04-23T16:10:04","date_gmt":"2015-04-23T15:10:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/unsa-korian.com\/?p=40"},"modified":"2015-11-18T17:24:22","modified_gmt":"2015-11-18T16:24:22","slug":"la-participation-sa-medica-france-chaque-salarie-percevra-260-e-brut-en-compensation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/unsa-korian.com\/index.php\/2015\/04\/23\/la-participation-sa-medica-france-chaque-salarie-percevra-260-e-brut-en-compensation\/","title":{"rendered":"La Participation SA Medica France : chaque salari\u00e9 percevra 260 \u20ac Brut en\u00a0compensation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Comme nous l\u2019indiquions hier en d\u00e9but d\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi sur le Blog, L\u2019 UNSA KORIAN-MEDICA a demand\u00e9 officiellement \u00e0 Monsieur Yann COLEOU, Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral du\u00a0Groupe Korian, une prime exceptionnelle de 300 \u20ac Bruts au titre de compensation pour le\u00a0non-versement de la participation 2014 dans la SA Medica France.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/unsa-korian.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/participation-Medica-France-e1447863505564.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-41 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/unsa-korian.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/participation-Medica-France-e1447863505564.jpg\" alt=\"participation Medica France\" width=\"600\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>La r\u00e9union du CE Medica France vient de se terminer et la Direction du Groupe s\u2019est\u00a0engag\u00e9e \u00e0 verser \u00e0 la somme de 260 \u20ac Bruts (moyenne de la participation 2011 et\u00a02012), proratis\u00e9 au temps de travail, selon les conditions cumulatives suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>salari\u00e9s de la SA Medica France qui \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents durant toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2014 et toujours dans les effectifs lors du versement,<\/li>\n<li>salari\u00e9s ayant b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 de la participation en 2014 au titre de l\u2019exercice 2013,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette somme sera vers\u00e9e sous forme de prime exceptionnelle sur le salaire du mois de\u00a0juin, en m\u00eame temps de la Prime de stabilit\u00e9, qui rappelons-le \u2013 et cela nous a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0\u00a0nouveau reconfirm\u00e9 &#8211; n\u2019est absolument pas remise en cause.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif 2016 est de proposer un dispositif identique d\u2019\u00e9pargne salariale\u00a0 pour tous les\u00a0salari\u00e9s de KORIAN France.
